No. DrSmart SEO is built around a preview-first workflow. You can generate suggestions, review the output and only apply changes when you approve them.

DrSmart SEO is designed for modern PrestaShop installations. Before installation, check the product documentation or contact us with your PrestaShop version, PHP version and website URL so we can confirm compatibility.

Yes, for AI-powered content generation you need your own OpenAI API key. You can enter the API key in the module settings. The key is stored server-side and is not sent to the frontend.

DrSmart SEO supports selected OpenAI chat models depending on the module version and your configuration. In the module settings, you can enter the model name and test the connection before using AI generation.

Yes. DrSmart SEO includes settings such as daily token limits, timeout configuration and AI cache options. These help reduce unnecessary repeat requests and keep AI usage more predictable.

Yes. DrSmart SEO is designed for multilingual PrestaShop workflows and can support content generation and optimization in multiple languages such as English, Dutch, German, French, Spanish and Italian.

Semantic clusters group products, categories and content around shared topics, search intent and related entities. This helps create a stronger SEO structure and can support better internal linking across your catalog.

Yes. DrSmart SEO includes compatibility wording features designed for merchants who sell accessories, replacement parts or third-party products for known brands. This helps make compatibility clearer without suggesting that the product is original or officially endorsed.

DrSmart SEO is designed to work from the product data you provide. The workflow helps reduce unsupported claims by letting you preview and review generated content before applying it.

Approved content that has been saved to native PrestaShop fields, such as product descriptions and meta fields, remains in PrestaShop. The uninstall process removes module-specific data such as settings, logs, cache and module tables.

A license key is linked to one website domain. After purchase, you enter the license key in the module settings and validate it. Copying the same license to another domain may not work.

Yes. After your order, an invoice with VAT details is generated automatically based on your billing information at checkout. EU business customers can enter a valid VAT number to apply reverse charge where applicable.

Your purchase is a one-time payment for a single-domain license. The license remains valid on your activated domain. The price includes 12 months of Business Care (updates and support). After 12 months the module keeps working , only updates and support require renewal.

Business Care covers module updates, compatibility updates for new PrestaShop and PHP versions, and direct support. Renewal is optional and costs €69 per year. We email you before your Business Care expires. The module never stops working if you choose not to renew.

You’ll receive a renewal reminder by email 14 days before your Business Care expires, with a direct link to the renewal product. Renewals are processed manually after payment, and you’ll receive confirmation of the new expiry date.

The license key is sent automatically to your billing email address after your order is completed. It also appears on the order confirmation page. The key has the format DRSEO-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX.

No. Each license is bound to one shop domain on first activation. If you operate multiple PrestaShop stores, you need a separate license for each domain.

Domain changes are possible but not automatic. Contact support with your license key and the new domain, and we’ll reset the binding so you can activate on the new shop.

DrSmart EU Withdrawal adds a structured withdrawal and cancellation workflow to your PrestaShop store. Customers can submit a request, while authorised employees can review the declaration, manage its status and record return and refund-related actions from the Back Office.

No. The module is a technical administration tool designed to support withdrawal and cancellation workflows. It does not provide legal advice or automatically guarantee compliance with every law, jurisdiction or store policy. Merchants remain responsible for their legal obligations and module configuration.

The module is designed to support both full-order withdrawals and partial requests covering selected products and quantities, subject to the order information and configured workflow.

The workflow is designed to support requests from both registered customers and validated guest orders.

The module includes tools for managing return instructions, tracking information, parcel receipt, inspections and refund administration. Actual payment refunds remain dependent on the merchant’s payment method, configuration and internal approval process.

DrSmart Blog helps PrestaShop merchants create, manage and optimise blog articles directly from the Back Office. The module supports article editing, SEO fields, FAQ content, related products, categories, internal links and AI-assisted content workflows.

Yes. DrSmart Blog includes AI-assisted article generation. You can generate draft blog content, review the result and edit it before publishing. The workflow is preview-first, so AI output is not published automatically without merchant review.

Yes. The module supports SEO fields such as meta title, meta description, focus keywords, canonical settings, robots settings and OpenGraph data. This helps merchants prepare search-ready article pages inside PrestaShop.

Yes. DrSmart Blog can help prepare FAQ content and structured data such as FAQ schema and article schema, depending on the configured article fields and module settings.

Yes. DrSmart Blog supports related products and categories, so merchants can connect buying guides, tutorials and content pages to relevant PrestaShop products or product categories.

Yes. The module can assist with internal link suggestions, helping merchants connect articles, categories and relevant product pages from within the blog workflow.

Yes. AI assistance is optional. You can write, edit and publish blog articles manually, or use AI tools only for specific parts such as outlines, SEO fields, FAQ blocks or featured image ideas.

Yes. DrSmart Blog is designed for multilingual PrestaShop stores, allowing merchants to prepare article content in different languages where the store configuration supports it.
