Detect what the browser actually receives

ConsentAudit does not depend only on a predefined cookie database. Every browser-observed cookie is inventoried, including cookie names that are not yet recognised by the built-in classifier.

Where technically available, the inventory includes domain information, first-party or third-party status, classification, security attributes, persistence and the consent states in which the cookie was observed.
